Full-Time Exterminator
Hitman Pest Control is seeking a full-time Exterminator to identify and eliminate pest problems for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include inspecting buildings, setting traps, spraying chemicals, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers. Qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant experience, pest control knowledge, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Set traps and apply appropriate pesticides to eliminate pests
- Provide detailed pest control reports to customers
- Educate customers on pest prevention measures and lifestyle changes to minimize pest infestations
- Maintain accurate records of all pest control services performed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to pest control chemicals and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in pest control or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions, climb ladders, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
Physical Demands
- The ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and crouch
- The ability to work in confined spaces and narrow aisles
- The ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time
